Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your tissue culture plants are comfortable during their journey to your doorstep. In case of cold temperatures, we will apply free heat packs (40hr / 72hr) and insulation to create a warm and stable environment for your plant during their journey.

Unless mentioned otherwise in the product description, your order will be shipped within the next 4 days after placing your order. This might slightly differ as a result of extreme weather conditions, such as heat waves, of which we will of course notify you well in advance. 

The duration of shipping differs per country. For the Netherlands and Belgium, your order will most likely be delivered the next day after shipping. For other countries in the European Union (EU), shipping time generally ranges between two to four business days. However, because delays are unpredictable and out of our control, alterations in the indicated shipping time can occur. 

All orders are shipped with DPD (regular). 

We are not responsible for any damages or other harm caused by the shipping process or duration of shipping. However, if the tissue culture plants you have received are heavily damaged, please send an email as soon as possible (within 3 days maximum) after receival to info@1lab.tc with pictures of the plants, and we will collectively review your case to see if you are eligible for a compensation.
